About
I’m a hospitality manager with nearly 10 years of experience in bar and restaurant operations, spanning high-volume and premium venues in Dubai, Iceland and Poland, alongside professional projects and travels in Mexico.
My work brings together venue launches, beverage programs and large-scale events. I lead and develop teams, work closely with brand partners and marketing teams, and keep a clear focus on cost control, inventory and the guest experience.
I was named Middle East Cocktail Specialist of the Year 2025 by Caterer. I’ve also taken part in The Macallan’s Momentum to Mastery and Espolòn Equipos, with further collaborations with Campari and Aperol.
